Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Member Service Representative to join our team at Pinnacle Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, assisting them with their financial needs, and building strong relationships to drive member satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Member Service Excellence: Proactively greet members, provide personalized assistance, and ensure their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Financial Assistance: Offer comprehensive information on various financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, mortgages, credit cards, investment options, and insurance policies.
- Account Management: Perform account maintenance activities, including opening and closing accounts, updating member profiles, processing transactions, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services based on member needs.
- Compliance and Regulations: Adhere to all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures to ensure member confidentiality, data security, and legal compliance.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and address member issues, complaints, or conflicts, striving to exceed expectations and maintain member satisfaction.
- Member Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with members through effective communication, active listening, and empathetic understanding.
- Team Collaboration: Foster teamwork by actively participating in training sessions, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the financial industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and banking procedures, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in technology.
