Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce high-quality communications and visuals for a variety of purposes, including client briefings and stakeholder experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build knowledge of diverse capabilities and components of the project.
  • Convert complex data and information into engaging graphics, mockups, diagrams, and presentations.
  • Utilize expertise in graphic design, visual design, and Adobe Suite creative apps to create compelling visual content.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders, synthesizing information and presenting clear, concise messages.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and standardize approaches, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.
  • Experience with graphic design in a professional work environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite creative apps, including InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to think creatively, synthesize information, and communicate complex ideas effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with UX and design thinking methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and information architecture.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
