The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling various merchandise, operating cash registers, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized pro-shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling golf-related merchandise, such as clothing, footwear, clubs, accessories, and sporting goods
  • Operating a cash register, handling transactions, and making change
  • Processing advanced green fees, rental services, storage fees, and special orders
  • Validating advanced green fee cards and answering questions about products and services
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly pro-shop environment
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Bonus: knowledge of golf etiquette and rules

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $15 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Additional benefits include access to on-site fitness center, employee discounts on golf equipment and apparel, and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.
