We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Facilities Manager to direct the running of our facilities during A shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and efficient work environment that improves business performance and optimizes staff productivity.

Job Description

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $80,000 per year, based on industry standards in Carrollton, Texas. Benefits include:

BuzzBallz is a woman-owned alcohol brand founded by Merrilee Kick in 2009. We produce a wide variety of ready-to-drink cocktails.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills, excellent organizational skills, broad knowledge of business functions, and project management experience. They must understand the technical aspects of the property, support day-to-day business operations, and ensure efficient operation of facilities.

This includes:

  • Directing facilities functions
  • Implementing policies and safety procedures
  • Engaging with vendors and contractors
  • Minimizing hazards, and monitoring expenditure
  • Coordinating remodeling and refurbishment initiatives
  • Testing equipment, ensuring compliance with zoning laws
  • Coordinating relocations
  • Improving working conditions, and creating a safe and comfortable environment for staff
  • Managing company equipment, including procurement activities
  • Preventative maintenance, repair/replacement, and safety assurance
  • Managing records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization, equipment, and tools
  • Experience in managing the repair and maintenance of Electric Forklifts, Battery Maintenance, and Truck Fleet
