Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential production support to monitor and track internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Enhance processes within our wire manufacturing cell.
- Collaborate with internal program managers and external clients to gain a thorough understanding of new products and address any quality concerns.
- Work alongside Engineering Technicians and production staff to optimize and streamline manufacturing processes in a LEAN environment.
- Acquire knowledge and support the operational aspects of both new and existing equipment.
- Partner with fellow Engineers to establish strategic processing goals and integrate these processes into value streams.
- Develop expertise in the processing of nitinol materials.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols, ensuring that all hazards are effectively managed.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with at least two years of relevant engineering experience. A Master's degree in a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining constructive relationships with colleagues.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, mathematical skills, and innovative thinking.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on work.
- Capability to apply good manufacturing principles during the development phase, anticipating production volumes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective communication in a technical manufacturing environment.
- Experience with nitinol processing and relevant equipment is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Minitab and Design of Experiments is a plus.
