Role Overview:

The successful candidate will serve as the registered manager for their designated area, providing leadership to 12 Service Leaders responsible for 15 Services within the region.


The Area Operations Manager will be instrumental in the region's growth initiatives, enhancing Community Integrated Care's reputation as a leading provider with a strong local brand identity and organizational profile.


Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will oversee the operational and financial performance of several Services, ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual obligations.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will contribute to the organization's business planning process, with overall responsibility for executing the business plan within your assigned services.


Qualifications:
• Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., qualified Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ L4, or Care and Management L5)

• Evidence of ongoing professional development

• Medication L3 Training

• Comprehensive understanding of person-centered care

• Valid UK Driving License

Experience:
• Familiarity with CI/CQC Regulations and inspection processes

• Experience in complex care within a social/health care environment

• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and participation in complex case reviews

• Experience working with individuals requiring intensive support planning and management

• Previous experience managing multiple sites in a health and social care context

• Proven experience in team leadership and people management

• Budget management experience

• Knowledge of complex care conditions, including epilepsy and autism
