Key Responsibilities

Peraton is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in Sensor Integration. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sensor integration processes, data management, and the coordination of data definitions. Responsibilities include:

The candidate should have a robust background in systems engineering and systems integration. Preferred experience includes:
  • Development of Concepts of Operations (Conops).
  • Architectural analysis and requirements definition.
  • Testing and validation processes.
  • Schedule analysis and risk management.
  • Operational configuration management.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in government or industry roles relevant to the DoD/IC Acquisition process.
  • At least 8 years of experience in strategic planning and management.
  • 8 years of experience throughout the Systems Engineering lifecycle.
  • Experience in assessing and deploying new technologies within operational contexts.
  • 3 years of project management or technical leadership experience.
  • Experience in segment-level Systems Engineering.
  • Experience in integrating multiple systems and services across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience in capturing user and mission requirements and translating them into system capability requirements.
  • Experience in configuration management processes within the Intelligence Community.
  • Experience in testing, evaluation, and analysis within the Intelligence Community.
  • Ability to facilitate technical discussions with diverse audiences, including government officials, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Possession of a TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one and pass a polygraph examination.

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this position based on experience and other relevant factors.
