Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in a technology-focused role, with a proven track record as a CTO or in a similar leadership capacity.
  • Leadership: At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT/nearshoring sector.
  • Communication: Exceptional leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration across functions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful technological strategies.
  • Technical Expertise: Profound understanding of current and emerging technologies and their business applications.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale technology initiatives and budgets.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English at an advanced level.

  • AI/ML Exposure: Recent experience with AI and ML projects and technologies.
