Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Join our team at El Monte Sagrado Resort & Spa as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the main point of contact for our guests. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests to the resort and provide a warm and welcoming experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest challenges in a timely and professional manner
  • Articulate the story and inspiration behind the El Monte Sagrado experience to our guests
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations for guests about hotel events, amenities, local attractions, and restaurants
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and care with guest information
Requirements:
  • Must be a passionate people person with superb customer service skills
  • Friendly and warm demeanor, excellent verbal communication, and ability to multitask while maintaining poise
  • Competent with computer technology to easily learn reservation management system, point of sale system, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • Ability to work on feet for eight hours or more
  • Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 25+ pounds occasionally
