Job Title: Lot Attendant/Porter

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team at Wagner Subaru. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

* Be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
* Safely transport vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots as needed
* Prepare and distribute keys to customers
* Retrieve and deliver vehicles for customers, ensuring timely and efficient service
* Operate the car wash to keep our vehicles clean and well-maintained
* Retrieve and deliver loaner vehicles for customers
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications:**

* Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
* Positive attitude, can-do mentality, and a confident, outgoing personality
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Professional attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Reliable transportation to and from work
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
