Lot Attendant/Porter

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team at Wagner Subaru. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Vehicle Support: Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Key Management: Create and manage key tags for our customers.
• Vehicle Retrieval: Retrieve and deliver vehicles for customers, ensuring their vehicles are ready and waiting for them.
• Car Wash Operations: Run customer cars through the car wash, maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
• Loaner Vehicle Support: Retrieve and deliver loaner vehicles for customers, ensuring they have a reliable alternative while their vehicle is being serviced.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our service department.

Requirements

• Availability: Ability to work flexible schedules, including some weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
• Attitude and Qualifications: Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, eagerness to improve, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Professionalism: Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliability: Reliable transportation to and from work every single day, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
