MCKEEVER ENTERPRISES INC is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Customer Service: Provide fast, friendly, and helpful service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Product Quality: Ensure that all bakery products meet our high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Inventory Management: Ensure that a variety of standards are maintained daily, including product availability and presentation.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and utensils.
• Leadership: May be asked to lead the bakery team in the absence of the manager and first clerk.
• Special Orders: Responsible for making all customer special orders, including cake orders.
• Adherence to Policies: Ensure that all associates adhere to corporate and state sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Cake Decorating Test: Must be able to pass a cake decorating test.

• Experience: 6-12 months of related experience.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including the ability to read and write at an 8th-grade level.
• Performance Reviews: Satisfactory performance reviews.

• Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing. Occasional carrying and lifting from floor to waist of up to 50 pounds. Occasional lifting from waist to overhead of up to 28 pounds. Frequent gripping of up to 15 pounds. Frequent pushing and pulling up to 20 pounds.
• Environmental Factors: Exposure to dry flour products, including gluten. Ability to work in a store environment.
