Lead Maintenance Technician

Industry leading producer Randstad USA seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to learn and lead preventive and reactive maintenance in assigned areas of the plant. The ideal candidate should have maintenance or troubleshooting experience and a strong mechanical aptitude, as well as electrical basics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance or troubleshooting experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical basics
