**Job Summary**
At Tenet Regional Resource Pool, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist. This is a 13-week contract position that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and delivered.
- Support the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
- Ensure competency of clinical staff and effective resource management related to patient care.
**Requirements:**
- Discipline: RN
- Employment Type: Local Contract and PRN
- Shift: 10-12 Hours Night, Day
- Hours per week: 36-40
