Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of Environmental Services personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality cleaning standards.
  • Coordinate and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas of the hospital are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning protocols and procedures to prevent the spread of infection and maintain a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment are available to meet the needs of the department.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; preferably one year of post-high school education in a related field.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
