Job Title: Distribution Operations Manager

The Distribution Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Distribution Centers. This position is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to our company stores, warehouses, and delivery locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of hourly staff to ensure efficient and accurate processing of merchandise.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives and external customers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Facilitate change management and set objectives for warehouse operations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a positive work environment through recognition, training, and coaching of employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in distribution, operations, or a related field.
  • 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Associate Degree or higher in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
