Job Summary:

Regional Medical Center of Memphis seeks a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our ambulatory patients. As a Clinical Care Professional, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and educate patients on disease management and self-care techniques

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee or compact state licensure
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an ambulatory setting or related field

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
