Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at The St. Regis Aspen Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including room assignments, amenities, and services
  • Manage guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations software
