We are looking for talented and dedicated Mental Health Therapists to join our team at Brave Health. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality outpatient services through our telehealth program.

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $80,000 to $89,000 per year, plus bonus potential up to $100,000. Our team works 100% remotely from their own homes, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients via telehealth
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and families to achieve treatment goals

Requirements:

  • A Master's level degree and licensure (LCSW/LMHC)
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • An active Texas or Florida license (or ability to obtain one)
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish a plus
