Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Clinical Director to join our team. As a BCBA or Clinical Director, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum, completing initial intake and recurring assessments, collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans, and providing family guidance on a consistent basis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
- Complete initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
- Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
- Provide 30+ treatment hours per week for your clients
- Provide family guidance on a consistent basis
- Lead and educate your dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living our core values
- Discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload
- Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month
