Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced RN to work in our Medical Respiratory Care Unit. As a Medical Respiratory Care Unit Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' clinical, psychological, and financial needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' clinical, psychological, and financial needs and develop individualized care plans.

- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
- Experience working in a medical respiratory care unit or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
