Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Medical Solutions. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing top-notch care to patients in need.

Job Summary:

The ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with cardiovascular, respiratory, and neurological conditions. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with cardiovascular, respiratory, and neurological conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN license (eNLC).
  • Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
  • 2+ years of experience in ICU nursing, with a focus on cardiovascular, respiratory, and neurological care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
