Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient nutrition assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans
- Collaborate with medical staff and food and nutrition services staff to ensure conformance to prescribed nutrition care orders
- Provide education on food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Work cooperatively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in dietetics or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field from an accredited institution
- Applicable certifications, registrations, licenses, and continuing education requirements
