Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Specialist to develop and analyze menus and recipes, schedule taste tests, and recommend food products for purchase. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical resource in matters of nutrition and provide guidance to food service programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local nutritional requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and analyze menus and recipes to ensure nutritional value and quality
  • Schedule taste tests and recommend food products for purchase
  • Provide technical guidance to food service programs to ensure compliance with nutritional requirements
  • Collaborate with the Chief HR Administrator to develop and implement food service programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in foods and nutrition, dietetics, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • ServSafe or equivalent certificate
  • Registered Dietitian License
