About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Site Operations: Lead daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction progress, quality control, and a clean site.
  • Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate all daily activities at the job site, including managing subcontractors and ensuring quality control.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain complete and organized records of the job site, including progress reports and quality control documentation.
  • Project Close-Out: Manage efficient and timely project close-out, including punch list completion, as-built review, and attic stock demobilization.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of Superintendent experience within the General Contractor space, with a focus on tilt wall or light industrial construction.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 certified, with experience using BlueBeam, ProCore, P6, or other project management software.
  • Project Experience: Experience running projects with a value of $7M and above, with a focus on ground-up construction and industrial or tilt wall projects.
