Key Responsibilities

- Coach and Develop Employees: You will coach and develop employees to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business.
- Resolve Complex Issues: You will resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business.
- Identify Opportunities for Growth: You will identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience.
- Lead the Branch: You will lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.
- Mentor and Guide Talent Development: You will mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
Requirements
- 4+ Years of Banking Experience: You must have 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 2+ Years of Leadership Experience: You must have 2+ years of leadership experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Management Experience: You should have management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
- Ability to Build and Inspire a Team: You should be able to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success.
- Ability to Analyze Performance: You should be able to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives.
- Exercise Independent Judgement: You should be able to exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Job Expectations
- Ability to Work a Schedule: You must be able to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
- SAFE Registration: You must be able to work in a SAFE (Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing) registered environment.
