  • Identify Opportunities for Growth: You will identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience.
  • Lead the Branch: You will lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.
  • Mentor and Guide Talent Development: You will mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.

Requirements

  • 4+ Years of Banking Experience: You must have 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 2+ Years of Leadership Experience: You must have 2+ years of leadership experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Management Experience: You should have management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
  • Ability to Build and Inspire a Team: You should be able to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success.
  • Ability to Analyze Performance: You should be able to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives.
  • Exercise Independent Judgement: You should be able to exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Job Expectations

  • Ability to Work a Schedule: You must be able to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
  • SAFE Registration: You must be able to work in a SAFE (Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing) registered environment.
