Position Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and skilled FP&A Financial Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing the FP&A financial systems, ensuring precise data integration, and executing system enhancements during each planning cycle, which encompasses budgeting and forecasting.

You will act as the primary resource for system-related inquiries and challenges, offering support to the entire FP&A division across CHC.

This position will report directly to the FP&A Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage FP&A financial systems, ensuring accurate monthly data integration and implementing system enhancements during planning cycles (budgeting and forecasting).
- Serve as the main point of contact for system-related inquiries and issues, providing support to the entire FP&A division across CHC.
- Offer FP&A financial system support and guidance to Regional FP&A teams throughout the monthly close, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Assist the Director of Corporate FP&A in overseeing the overall financial planning process, including ad hoc forecasts, P&L management, and special projects.
- Troubleshoot system issues as needed and escalate matters to the FP&A system provider when necessary.
- Prepare monthly pacing reports utilizing PowerPoint.
- Maintain the Cash Flow Forecast model.
- Coordinate, test, evaluate, and assist in the implementation of new functionalities and features within the financial systems.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in managing and utilizing FP&A financial systems.
- Familiarity with Planful/Spotlight or similar FP&A tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to address system issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Solid understanding of financial planning processes.
- Proactive and self-driven attitude.
