Role Summary

The Senior Program Manager will act as the primary point of contact for the project team, overseeing the execution of multiple projects across various technologies and sectors. This role requires extensive experience in IT project management, typically ranging from seven (7) to ten (10) years, with a minimum of five (5) years dedicated to managing complex projects.

Essential Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or four (4) years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis where applicable.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience managing large-scale projects with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Jira.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.
  • Familiarity with PMO methodologies and documentation practices.
  • Experience in meeting facilitation and documentation.
  • Ability to create and present status reports to internal and external audiences.
  • Experience in risk and issue management.
  • Proven track record of delivering project outcomes within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple project teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and DocuSign.
  • Demonstrated leadership and negotiation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Foundations Certification.
  • Experience managing projects with a large, distributed user base.
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
