Engage in hands-on coding and design of efficient, high-performance, and reusable solutions that align with our business objectives.
Develop, maintain, and support applications, components, and services utilizing both current and emerging development technologies and methodologies.
Ensure quality and responsiveness throughout the development process.
Collaborate as part of an agile team to design and implement new features.
Actively contribute to team improvement by participating in meetings and ceremonies (architecture discussions, refinements, retrospectives, demos, standups, etc.).
Work effectively with Architects, DevOps, Database Administrators, Quality Assurance, Support, Product teams, and peer Platform teams.Collaborate with the Development Manager, Product Team, and senior developers to provide guidance within the team.
Assist in estimating work efforts and coordinating with the Development Manager, Product Team, and Project Managers.
Mentor Junior Developers, review code, and assist in resolving technical challenges.
Proficiency in RDBMS and SQL is essential.
Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) integration in .NET applications is required.
Participate in high-level design decisions and solution creation.
Document code and technical specifications thoroughly.
Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to engage in code reviews and document implementation processes.
Enthusiastic about learning and creating.
Strong communication skills.
Open to collaboration with onshore teams and proactive in addressing challenges.
Flexibility to work occasional off-hours, weekends, or extended support, particularly in response to critical issues while accommodating time zone differences.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET (MVC & Web Forms), .NET (Framework & Core), ASP.NET Web/REST API, ASMX, SignalR, NUnit, LINQ, Entity Framework, EF Core, ADO.NET, IIS, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, AJAX, and Microsoft Visual Studio, along with SSO knowledge.
Familiarity with industry-standard API integrations (JSON, Restful, SOAP experience is a plus).
Solid understanding of parallel programming, async/await, and the Task Parallel Library (TPL).
Experience with Kendo UI or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of EKS or Docker.
Hands-on experience in AWS development, particularly with Batch, Lambda, S3, and SQS.
Excellent grasp of object-oriented design principles and software development methodologies.
Familiarity with deployment tools like Octopus or similar.
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems practices.
Experience with continuous integration and deployment methodologies.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks.
Experience with SSO.
Proficient in using version control systems like Git.
Ability to learn rapidly, self-teach, and adapt to new technologies and opportunities.
A desire to be part of a dynamic agile team.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group settings.
Knowledgeable in generating deployable artifacts and aware of go-live processes.
