Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

At CenterWell Home Health, we are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques
  • Conduct assessments and administer diagnostic tests to identify areas of improvement
Requirements:
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
  • Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist/speech language pathologist
  • Current and unrestricted license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
