Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Dietitian at NutraCo, you will have the chance to significantly impact the lives of our residents by addressing nutrition-related health issues through clinical nutrition interventions.

Your responsibilities will encompass:
  • Upholding NutraCo's commitment to delivering compassionate care with respect and dignity to patients.
  • Receiving guidance from the VP of Clinical Services and Regional Clinical Director.
  • Providing leadership and direct oversight of all dietitians within the region.
  • Collaborating closely with members of facility corporate teams to ensure clinical accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Delivering clinical nutrition services to residents in Long Term Care facilities within the assigned region.
  • Conducting nutritional assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Working alongside healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educating residents, families, and staff on nutritional practices and dietary management.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
  • Traveling to various facilities within the region as necessary.
Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) credential is required.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure.
  • Prior experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in Long Term Care settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region.
  • Compliance with state licensure guidelines and facility vaccination requirements as necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
