We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Adamant Home Care Services LLC.

About the Job:

  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, household chores, and meal preparation.
  • Facilitate participation in community activities and social events, promoting social inclusion and engagement.
  • Monitor and document client progress, reporting any changes in condition to supervisors.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for the role).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
