About the Role:
Amaray Care is a leading provider of home health care services, seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse for Assessments and Care Planning. This role involves conducting initial home care patient visits, evaluating patient needs, and developing personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians.
About You:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a strong understanding of medical terminology, be able to document patient information accurately, and possess the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial home care patient visits to evaluate patient needs and develop personalized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate and effective treatment plans
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- At least 2 years of experience in home health care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including mileage reimbursement, training, and referral bonuses.
