Mr. Lawn is a quality-focused company seeking a skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Spray Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch lawn care services to our clients.
Job Responsibilities- Perform a variety of duties including fertilization, weed control, insect and disease control.
- Provide professional horticultural consultations to clients.
- Responsible for providing proper seeding, weed control, fertilization, pest control practices while following an integrated pest management system.
- Proactively seek out new customers and encourage current customers to add enhancement services as appropriate.
- Ensure communication takes place between customers and employees. Resolve all customer concerns that may arise.
- Minor mechanical troubleshooting on pumps and application equipment to ensure proper calibration.
- Ensure proper PPE is utilized at all times.
- Manage production in an efficient and timely manner according to customer's program and contract.
- Be a good steward of company time, resources, and money.
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Certified Applicator License holder or able to attain.
- Display a positive attitude towards customers and fellow employees.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing workplace is important, able to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
- Be committed to high quality performance including accuracy and thoroughness while working safely and efficiently.
- Maintain good attendance, be consistently on time and dependable. Project an organized, neat, and professional demeanor and image.
The position will be primarily working outdoors on residential and commercial properties; while working outdoors this position will encounter varying, sometimes adverse weather conditions, temperatures, and environmental factors. These possibly include dust, pesticides, smoke, debris, and loud noise.
