Key Responsibilities of a Kona Ice Server:

• Arrive punctually at scheduled events and warmly welcome customers

• Deliver exceptional service to clients and patrons with efficiency and precision

• Adhere to hygiene, health, and sanitation standards

• Conduct basic cleaning of mobile units and storage areas

• Complete preparation and stocking tasks at the beginning and end of shifts

• Accurately read, count, and complete necessary documentation

• Communicate maintenance and inventory requirements to relevant personnel
