About the Job
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and work with the residents of a senior living community. As an SLP, you will be responsible for providing speech-language pathology and wellness services to older adults, conducting assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
• Provide speech-language pathology and wellness services to older adults
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment
• Maintain professional practices and ethical standards in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving
• Optimize each patient's functional well-being and satisfaction

Requirements
• Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist program
