Our company, Ahava Therapy Services, is a leading provider of innovative therapy services. We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Four Oaks, Tennessee.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate SLP to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to our patients. As an SLP at Ahava Therapy Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to their rehabilitation and recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with swallowing and communicative deficits
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments and document patient progress
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Orient patients to program services and treatment procedures
  • Document patient discharge summaries and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • BLS CPR certification
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus benefits that include medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance. Additionally, we provide ancillary insurance, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), paid time off (PTO), free birthday holiday, holiday pay, free life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match. You will also receive free continuing education units (CEUs) through our Ahava University.

This is a part-time position, and the estimated annual salary would be around $42,500-$52,500 based on a 20-hour workweek. However, this may vary depending on your specific schedule and experience.
