We are seeking a detail-oriented Imaging Specialist to join our team at Access TCA. As an Imaging Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, index, and scan hard copy records according to client requests.
  • Upload scanned documents to a third-party software.
  • Perform quality checks on scanned documents, detect errors, and determine their cause.
  • Conduct manual data entry for validation and verification.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a service industry.
  • Physical ability to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical.
