Qualifications

To succeed in this position, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the essential duties outlined. The following qualifications are necessary:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Relevant experience in a similar role through a combination of education and practical work
  • In-depth knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and work order systems
  • Adept at analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical problems using data analysis, intuition, and experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand safety regulations, operational and maintenance manuals, and blueprints
  • Capability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Work Environment

While fulfilling the responsibilities of this role, employees may encounter various conditions, including working near moving mechanical parts, in elevated or precarious locations, and in outdoor weather conditions. Exposure to extreme temperatures and electrical hazards is also possible. The noise level in the workplace is typically loud.

Employees are required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Regular use of hands for handling, reaching, and manipulation is necessary, along with frequent standing, walking, climbing, and other physical activities.

• Hourly Rate: $33.99
• Shift Differentials: Additional $1.50 for Swing, Graveyard, and Weekend Shifts
