Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at RISE Services Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process incoming and outgoing paperwork and electronic communication with high accuracy
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve conflicts
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college courses or degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Proficient with 10-key by touch and type a minimum of 45 wpm with high degree of accuracy
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
