Overview
The Warren Henry Automotive Group is expanding its operations and is in search of a Senior Automotive Title/Accounting Clerk with a solid background in accounting and title processing within the automotive sector.
This role is integral to our dealership's accounting team, requiring excellent time management skills, effective communication both verbally and in writing, and the ability to work efficiently while demonstrating strong computer proficiency. Candidates with prior dealership experience or the capability to learn our DMS CDK system and processes will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing title work for retail, wholesale, and dealer trades utilizing DLR DMV.
- Managing out-of-state title processing.
- Understanding export processing and its requirements.
- Maintaining all title records and ensuring timely acquisition of titles.
- Assisting with the costing of wholesales, fleet, and dealer trades.
- Processing payoff checks to lienholders.
- Reviewing accounting schedules weekly.
- Ensuring compliance through document review.
- Submitting all aftermarket products and processing cancellations weekly.
- Daily posting of manufacturer invoices and credit memos.
- Maintaining effective communication with team members.
- Engaging in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- Associate degree (two-year college or technical school) preferred, with a focus on Accounting or a related field.
Experience:
- Three to five years of relevant experience in Automotive Accounting may substitute for the Associate degree requirement.
- Experience with dealership accounting functions is advantageous.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in ADP/CDK Drive XL DMS is preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective communication skills, along with a high degree of organization and flexibility.
- Professional appearance is essential.
