About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Haverhill Pavilion. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and their families about various health conditions.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current MA Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing, with a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
