Your Role:

SilverCrest is in search of a Resident Care Support Coordinator to assist in managing our team of Resident Assistants. Your responsibilities will include aiding the Resident Care Coordinator in scheduling, sharing on-call duties, and providing shift coverage when necessary. This role is crucial in ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care from our dedicated team by conducting rounds on all floors and supervising staff for accurate task execution and documentation.

This is a full-time role, requiring availability Monday through Friday with evening hours and an alternating weekend shift. Occasional holiday shifts may be necessary, along with being on-call bi-weekly. Hours may fluctuate based on supervisory and staffing requirements across shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or working with seniors
  • CNA Certification or completion of an approved CNA program is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred
