Audiologist Position in Honolulu, HI

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team at Medical Group Alaska in Honolulu, HI. As an Audiologist with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality audiology services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret various tests to determine the type and degree of hearing impairment.
- Evaluate test results in relation to behavioral, social, educational, and medical record reviews.
- Operate computerized programs and utilize application software and databases to enter, modify, and access information into/from electronic medical records.
- Maintain patient confidentiality with written and verbal information per HIPAA.
- Conduct otoscopic examinations, cerumen management, and calibration checks of audiometric equipment.
- Lead paraprofessional staff training for Audiology specific skills and certifications.
- Complete Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs).
Requirements:
- Doctorate Degree in Audiology from an accredited college or university.
- Current unrestricted Audiologist license in the state where you will be employed.
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and/or American Academy of Audiology (AAA) certification prior to hire.
- 3+ years of clinic practice experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain government clearances (LARS, Public Trust, NACI, etc.) as required.
