Key Responsibilities
• Manage communication channels with e-commerce and trade customers
• Provide order support and design guidance to customers
• Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with Operations and Technology teams
• Monitor customer feedback and work with Product and Operations teams to improve user experience
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consumer-driven approach ensuring best-in-class user experience
• Background or experience in interior design, furniture, or lighting industries
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
