About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Maintenance Operations Manager to join our Plant Technical team at Leprino Foods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, mentor, develop, and grow a highly functioning team of maintenance technicians.
  • Collaboration: Partner with multi-functional teams within the Production and Quality Assurance groups to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintenance Management: Ensure successful management, proper training, and professional development of all maintenance technicians.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to maintenance emergency conditions with the accurate mixture of skilled craftsmen to minimize downtime.
  • Project Management: Establish critical system priority lists, ensure all materials used for work orders are tracked, and balance multiple projects simultaneously to completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Associates/Technical Degree with three (3) years of leadership experience OR five (5) years of experience in an industrial setting with three (3) years in a leadership role.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with PLCs and automated machinery control systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in an Engineering or Industrial Management field with four (4) years as a maintenance supervisor in a dairy manufacturing facility.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with a Work Order Execution system within MAXIMO.
