About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as an On-Call Physical Therapist. In this role, you will work with patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric, to provide evaluation, assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy interventions. You will also be responsible for maintaining therapy equipment, tools, and supplies, as well as assisting with discharge planning and patient education.
Responsibilities- Provide evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning for patients of all ages
- Implement therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education
- Maintain therapy equipment, tools, and supplies
- Assist with discharge planning and patient education
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Current State of Minnesota license in Physical Therapy, in good standing
- Master or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current American Heart BLS certification
