We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at RiverView Health, a community-owned, membership-based non-profit organization. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, assessing, and treating patients with various physical therapy needs. You will work with patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric, and provide care in various settings, including inpatient care, skilled nursing facilities, sub-acute care, and outpatient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong clinical background, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess patients to develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement and deliver physical therapy interventions to patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist in the maintenance of therapy equipment and supplies
Requirements
  • Current State of Minnesota license in Physical Therapy
  • Master or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • American Heart BLS certification
