About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to work alongside our 3 doctors and certified veterinary technicians in a state-of-the-art facility. As a Veterinary Assistant Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our medical team to create a positive atmosphere for clients and patients.
  • Providing assistance in treatment areas, surgery suites, and exam rooms.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records through data entry and note-taking.
  • Contributing to housekeeping and cleaning duties.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Significant experience in the veterinary field, including extensive animal handling experience.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Comfortable working on computers and possessing basic computer knowledge.
  • The ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing situations and work efficiently as part of a team.
  • Takes pride in being punctual, dependable, and reliable.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take initiative when needed.

We offer a competitive wage: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
