Job Description:
As a Nursing Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to patients within a defined scope of practice. Your expertise will encompass developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care and attention. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and effective care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, taking into account patient preferences and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- An Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in [State]
- CPR Training certification or willingness to obtain within 45 days of hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
